PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Desert Outlaw™ offers certain products through preorder or backorder purchase options. Payment is collected in full when the order is placed.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

To request cancellation of a preorder or backorder, contact us as soon as possible at mike@desert-outlaw.com with your order number.

Cancellation requests received before the item enters production will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Once production or fulfillment has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed and requests will be reviewed individually.

ORDER CHANGES

Size, product or shipping-address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Contact us promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before production or fulfillment begins.

ESTIMATED FULFILLMENT

Preorder and backorder shipping dates are estimates and may change because of production, supply or carrier delays. If an order experiences a significant delay, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

MIXED ORDERS

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder or backorder merchandise may be held until every item is ready unless otherwise stated. Separate shipping may result in additional shipping charges.

DESERT OUTLAW CANCELLATIONS

If Desert Outlaw is unable to fulfill a preorder or backorder, the affected item will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution.
